BlockFlow uses OAuth to connect to your Notion workspace. Click "Connect Notion" in the dashboard, authorize access, and BlockFlow creates a ready-to-go task database in your workspace.
BlockFlow creates its fixed scheduling schema: Task, Status, Schedule, Auto Schedule, Scheduled For, Scheduling State, Scheduling Warning, Due date, Duration, Priority, Calendar, and Assignee. You may add extra properties, but the fixed names and types must remain intact.
Every plan uses the ready-to-go task databases BlockFlow creates in your Notion workspace. You can add views, templates, and extra properties without changing its fixed scheduling fields.
BlockFlow does not attach or import an existing Notion database.
Every plan reads busy time from your selected Google calendars and schedules your Notion tasks around those events.
Starter shows task time blocks in Notion Calendar through Scheduled For. With Regular and Pro, choose a writable Google calendar on the database's dashboard card to publish task events there. Hide that database in Notion Calendar to avoid duplicate blocks. Calendar and Event URL in Notion show the confirmed destination and event link.

Pick which Google calendars should block scheduling time in the dashboard. BlockFlow uses your existing calendars; no need to create a new one.
BlockFlow schedules incomplete tasks only when Auto Schedule is on and Scheduling State is Floating. A blank Schedule uses your default; Locked and intentional Unscheduled tasks are preserved.
To pin a task to a specific time, set its Scheduling State to Locked in Notion. To let it move automatically, leave it on Floating.
BlockFlow watches your Notion tasks and Google Calendar. When a meeting moves, a task is added, or you mark something done, BlockFlow updates your schedule automatically. Moving a Google task event locks its new time; deleting it leaves the task unscheduled.
We use OAuth for authentication and never store your Notion or Google passwords. Your task data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We only access the minimum data needed to time block your tasks.
Yes. Cancel from your dashboard at any time. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period, and your tasks stay in Notion.
